Requirements:
Active, unrestricted California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license or willing to obtain
Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies from an accredited program
Recommended 1 year of clinical experience; home health experience strongly preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Ability to travel between patient homes within the assigned service area
Proficiency with EMR/point-of-care documentation systems
Strong time management and ability to work independently in a field-based role
Bilingual candidates a plus, depending on region
