Description:

Shift Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN (as-needed) home health visits in the Farmington, MI area. This is a flexible, per-visit opportunity for SLPs who want to build their own schedule while helping patients regain speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function in their own homes.

Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license in the State of Michigan

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • 1+ year of clinical experience preferred; home health experience a plus

  • Valid Michigan driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

  • Strong documentation and time-management skills; comfortable with EMR systems

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own visit schedule

  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care

  • 1099 independent contractor position

  • Personal liability insurance
