Description:
Shift Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a PRN (as-needed) position supporting a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Cedar Hill, TX. This is a flexible opportunity for a PT who wants to build their own schedule while delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to a long-term care and short-term rehab patient population. The facility is looking for 4-5 hours per day.
1099 independent contractor position
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Texas
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current BLS/BCLS certification
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; SNF or long-term care experience strongly preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
Good standing with all applicable regulatory boards and licensing agencies
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a varied patient caseload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with a geriatric population
Ability to work independently and reliably cover scheduled PRN shifts
