SHIFT is placing an Occupational Therapist at a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in Houston, TX. You will evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily living activities, develop individualized care plans, and work closely with the rehab team to maximize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Active OT license in Texas
SNF or long-term care experience preferred
Strong documentation and communication skills
NBCOT certification required
