Shift Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN (as-needed) home health visits in the Farmington, MI area. Requirements:
Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (AOTA/ACOTE-accredited)
NBCOT certification
Current CPR/BLS certification
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; home health experience a plus
Valid Michigan driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Strong documentation and time-management skills; comfortable with EMR systems
Ability to work independently and manage your own visit schedule
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
1099 independent contractor position
